About SMC Children Services
Our story
SMC Children Services provides residential care for children and young people in Ireland, led by Directors Stephen McCaul and Lesley-Anne McCaul.
Everything we do is built on one belief: every child deserves to feel safe, cared for and valued. Our teams create warm, stable homes where young people are supported through everyday life and the milestones that matter to them.
Our people make that possible. Many of our managers began their careers with SMC as graduates and support workers, and we continue to invest in full training, support and real opportunities to progress.
